The Booster 15 is a conventional swing tube piston pump with unconventional design and features. The Booster was made with high end components and materials, taking the good from engineering knowledge of pumps and omitting the bad.
The Booster 15 uses 2) 4" pistons that work with a swing tube with an output to 4" pipe. The 35HP Lombardini (Kohler) diesel motor delivers the power smoothly and efficiently to the hydraulic pumps. Oversized hydraulic pumps make sure that the maximum pumping pressure and flow are delivered. The swing tube (S-valve) is controlled by 2 pistons to quickly and efficiently shift the tube even when operated at a slow pumping speed. Heavy duty wear plates and steel are used throughout the surfaces that come in contact with the concrete for long life and outstanding performance.
The Booster 15 will pump from 2.5 to 20 cubic yards per hour. The pump will work easily with 3/4" concrete with a 5 - 6" slump with a maximum vertical pumping height of 300' with pressures reaching over 1,000 psi. Horizontal pumping distance is limited to the material and what is practical positioning and reach of the pump. The Booster, when used in conjunction with a rotary screw air compressor is ideal for shotcreting applications. An optional rotor/stator additive injector kit is available for introducing hardener at the gun.
The Booster comes with 150' of wired remote control and RF wireless remote as an option. The remotes can control the forward/reverse and speed of the pump. A shotcreting kit is also available to allow the pump to be used for to spray materials. The kit includes the hoses, rotor/stator additive injector and gun kit.
The towing of the Booster is easy in that it comes equipped with surge brakes and adjustable ball hitch receiver that can accomadate multiple hitch heights. A flip up wheel is very convenient to move and roll the Booster around on the job or in your shop. The tounge weight of this machine is impressive in that one hand is all that is needed to lift it. The pump comes complete with wheel chocks and a parking brake as well.
