HEL

HEL heaters are robust, powerful and efficient units suitable for space heating of large/very large indoor areas with persons permanently present. They are also ideal for temporary and emergency heating needs, as all the models are self-standing and fitted with wheels. They are also used for specific applications in the construction industry such as concrete drying, protection from frost, comfort heating in working areas. HEL heaters are also well fitted for the rental market.

The fuel comes from an external tank on the unit and gets pressurized by a fuel pump, gets sprayed into the combustion chamber which then ignites the flame. The motor is equipped with either an axial or centrifugal fan according to the model and size. The fan takes in a continuous amount of ambient air into the unit which flows along the surfaces of the chamber and the heat exchanger, resulting in a flow of hot air in the output. Clean, warm air is released from the front outlet while the combustion products are vented outside through an exhaust pipe.

The stainless steel heat exchanger ensures a high heating efficiency and endurance in any operating conditions. The heater is equipped with an electronic control unit that performs all operational and safety functions. The safety devices fitted (flame sensor, safety thermostat, limit and fan controls, fuel cut-out valve) provide a continuous monitoring of flame and temperature during all operational stages. The post ventilation function cools down the combustion chamber when the unit is switched off, protecting the units from overheat. HEL heaters can be connected to an optional remote thermostat for automatic room climate control. The HEL range is suitable for outdoor installation as they meet the requirements of IPX4 electrical protection degree. The epoxy powder coating guarantees long life and resistance to weather agents. Different types of outlet accessories are available for air distribution and ducting.
