Masonry 700

Stone and block cutting saw with an amazing 11" of cutting depth. The Masonry 700 has been used in Europe for years and is making it's debut in America in April of 2008. The Masonry 700 is ideal for cutting block, stone and various other material when depth of cut and raw power are needed. The 700 boasts a 7.5HP, 220v, 3 phase electric motor with a 220v single phase option due out in the summer of '08.

A monster 28" blade is the largest of any competitor saw in it's class. Most often, a brick and block saw with a 20 inch blade is used for stone cutting which is not a perfect condition since the stone pieces, which can weigh more than 100 pounds needs to be lifted to waist high. The 700 was designed to be of low loading height for easier placement. The extra large carriage is designed to hold massive weight as a hand shield protects the operator. Blade guard flaps provide the up-most in protection for the user as well.

A removable water pan makes cleanup easy and large casters provide ease of movement on solid ground. Spring loaded cutting head keeps the operator from fatigue when used for plunge cutting. Forklift pockets make moving this saw safe and easy with a forklift. A heavy duty water pump is used for recycling the water from the pan to the blade. 27" of horizontal tray travel is huge for a saw of this type.

Typical applications for the Masonry 700 are for stone veneer cutting from real stone, over sized retaining wall block, precast pieces, and etc. The industry has been waiting for a saw like this and now it has finally arrived. If 11" depth of cut is not enough then see our Masonry 900 for 14.5" cutting.
