The all new S Class generators from Pramac are here with a bold new look defining it is a beefy and strong presence in the construction and rental market. Four new models round out the line up all featuring Honda GX engines with 3 year warranties. Aside from it's good looks, these generators are here to perform. The quality of electricity that is produced by the S-Class series is unparalleled in the industry.
How is a generator measured? Total Harmonic Distortion (THD). Pramac lists their THD because it is the best in the business. The only way to get better THD is with the aid of a computer such as is the case with inverters. 6% THD which Pramac S Class produces is virtually identical to power from a utility company. THD is crucial when running sophisticated tools and equipment that require a "clean power". Pramac publishes their THD, be skeptical of a manufacturer that ommits their results. After all, what good is a cheap generator if it ruins your electronics?
Pramac generators are made from the finest methods and materials. Continuous duty components make these generators top in their class. Optional wheel kits are available for the S4000, S6000 and the S7200. The wheel kit comes standard on the S12000C and all the "Portability Kits" feature no-flat tires. A locking tool box is also incorporated in the S Class models (except S4000) for storage.
The S Class has plenty of outlets to choose from along with voltage selector switches. 120V and 250V twist locks are integrated into the panel with GFCI duplex on the 120V outlets. The S12000C also features a 14-50R, 125/250V outlet for panels or machines requiring over 30 amp draw.Idle control is now stanadard on all the models for great noise reduction and more fuel savings when the unit is not under load. A Fuel gauge on the fuel cap is also a new introduction into the S Class.
